Custom Zippo Lighters | Engraved & Bulk Personalized

What custom Zippo lighters are

Custom Zippo lighters are the classic refillable, windproof metal lighters, personalized with your logo, a name, a date, or full artwork. Unlike a disposable, a Zippo-style lighter is built to last and refill for years, which is exactly why it works as a keepsake gift rather than a throwaway. You can have them deep-engraved for a clean monochrome mark, or printed with a full-color wrap for bold branding. Ordering custom Zippo lighters in bulk is popular for wedding parties, corporate recognition, cigar and tobacco retail, and event giveaways where you want something people keep and use.

The lasting nature is the whole point: a quality metal lighter gets carried for years, so your logo or message rides along far longer than any single-use item.

Why custom metal lighters beat disposables for gifts

Disposable lighters are useful but forgettable. A custom Zippo-style lighter is a gift — weighty, refillable, and engraveable with a name or date that makes it personal. For groomsmen and milestone gifts, the engraving turns it into a keepsake. For brands, a premium lighter signals you spent more than a giveaway pen, and it keeps your logo in a pocket for years. Cigar lounges and tobacco retailers use custom lighters as branded merch and add-on sales. In every case, the durability is what makes the per-impression value so strong.

What you can customize

Bulk pricing tiers

Engraving and setup are spread across the run, so larger orders of custom Zippo lighters carry a lower effective price. Individual names within a bulk gift order are common and easy.

Production timeline

Plan on about two to three weeks from approved artwork, plus shipping; rush options exist for weddings and events with fixed dates. Engraving and full-color wraps may differ slightly in turnaround. The clock starts at proof approval, so finalize your logo, names, and finish early. Note that lighters often ship without fuel due to carrier rules — confirm fill and shipping details during the quote.

Notes for gift buyers and brands

For groomsmen or milestone gifts, collect the exact spelling of each name and any dates before proofing, and choose a finish that suits the recipient — matte black and brass feel the most premium. For promotional runs, decide between subtle engraving (classy, monochrome) and a full-color wrap (bold, logo-forward) based on where the lighters will be seen. Add gift tins for anything presented as a keepsake. Order a small overage for replacements, and confirm whether you need flip-top or torch inserts for cigar use.
