If your lighters arrive defective or do not match the mockup you approved, we remake or replace the affected pieces at no cost. Revisions during design are unlimited and free.

Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi also works, especially for full-wrap artwork. No file at all? Describe the idea and we design it free.

Yes. Every style we print is child-resistant and tested to the ISO 9994 safety standard, with the adjustable flame set to a safe default height. Disposables ship fueled and ready; refillable styles top up with standard butane.
